Roiiiy met us and showed us around the apartment. I am from Sherbrooke, and love this spot. You have a view of the Magog Gorge, which is nowadays lighted at night. Just lovely. The apartment is right downtown, no dust and you control the heat to your liking. All of the mirrors and colourful paintings brings in the light of the day. Thank you for offering a very affordable place in downtown Sherbrooke. HaPpy NEw YEar!!!

Roy accommodated our last minute stay and our tardiness (we encountered snow on our travel from Quebec to Sherbrooke). The view from the apartment was fabulous, the location was excellent, and the price was right. I had never been to this part of Sherbrooke but I, as well as my two friends, will be back to this apartment and to this area of Sherbrooke. The space was cozy and had a cool, eclectic vibe. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can spend time outside around the waterfall and water walkways. There is also some great artwork on buildings and walls all around that is worth checking out. I highly recommend the restaurant (about one block away), Auguste - great food and vibe.

Perfect experience! Very cute studio, with a beautiful view just as announced! It is also greatly located; in downtown Sherbrooke but still in a calm environment, it is right next to many restaurants and cafés. There is also a bus that stops literally at the door of the building and takes 15 minutes to get to University of Sherbrooke. Roy is a really nice and accommodating host, I will definitely come back!
Michka... From Montreal, Canada · January 2016

What's the story here?
i love travelling!
When I visited a friend in this building and saw the views, i was stunned. I marched right down to the office and signed up on the spot for a cool little 1 bedroom place. Once i got it all furnished from the local 2nd hand store (EstrieAide), I loved it so much that i wanted to show it off by offering it on airbnb. I figured when it was booked i could go stay with my folks not far away. Problem is... it was always getting booked. So what's a guy to do... I marched right back down to the office again and signed up for another apartment next door. A studio this time. It's pretty awesome too. The building owner is great so now he is letting me have a 2 bedroom place to try out. It has cool brick walls and great views as well.
So I love sharing my places. That's clear. If you do decide to stay... awesome! I will do my best to make sure it a happy memory.
University bus stop at door, 20 cafés, restaurants & bars
within 2 blocks. Art gallery & museum literally next door.
I got super lucky finding this place. And now... so did you!
good luck getting any more central
